We may find liquid loaded with caffeine like energy water and non-cola soda; tablet containing caffeine like pain relievers and weight-loss pills; and caffeine in alcoholic energy drinks and other energy shots.

Caffeine is a mild diuretic because it increases the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and decreases the tubular reabsorption of Na+.

The major sources of caffeine are coffee, tea, chocolate, ice cream, non-cola sodas and caffeinated breath freshener. Some of them are hidden, some are just plain weird.
