Individuals with Klinefelter’s syndrome are XXY males, i.e. two X- chromosomes and one Y-chromosome. These males are taller than average male. They have underdeveloped testes. Some individuals show breast development but to lesser extent. They have less muscular body, less facial and body hair. Such males are basically infertile or may have reduced fertility.
