Yes, oxidative phosphorylation and the chemiosmosis are same phenomenon. But the oxidative phosphorylation occurs in the mitochondria and there oxygen is the terminal electron acceptor. The chemiosmosis occurs in the chloroplast where the terminal electron acceptor is the NADP.
