Both the B-cells and T-cells are formed in bone marrow but the further maturation of T-cells occurs in thymus gland while the maturation of B-cells occurs in bone marrow.

B-cells give humoral immunity by antibodies formation.

T-cells give cell mediate immunity.enlightened
