  1. Haemophilia.
  2. Genetic absence or deficiency of any clotting factor.
  3. Liver damage.
  4. Vitamin k deficiency (Deficiency of factors II, VII, IX i.e. Vit K dependent clotting factors).
  5. Anticoagulant therapy.
  6. Disseminated intravascular coagulation.
