rDNA

cDNA

1.

It is Recombinant DNA

It is complementary DNA i.e. DNA that is complementary to m-RNA

2.

It is formed by joining the DNA obtained from two different organisms

rDNA:

1. Recombinant DNA is a process of transferring a specific form of desired gene into targeted gene....

2. rDNA is used for many process like transformation, gene therapy etc...

3. Gene library has rDNA

cDNA:

1. It is formed by the process of Reverse transcriptase.

2. Reverse transcriptase is a process of formation of complementary DNA from mRNA.

3. cDNA contain polyadenylated sequences at 5' end..

4. cDNA library  has cDNA
